Tourists stepping ashore in Aberdeen say disruption is familiar — and a sign of investment — despite local concern the multi-million-pound works will put them off.
The election will be held after Stephen Flynn resigned his seat at Westminster after being elected to the Scottish Parliament last week.
The project is said to create 50 permanent jobs in Aberdeenshire and as many as 2,900 across Scotland as its built.
